What We Provide

Everyday care, health support and company under one roof.

Support Built Around the Person

Not every resident needs every service. We build each person’s plan around what they actually need and adjust support as needs change.

Personal & Daily Living Care

We help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral care. Residents do as much for themselves as they can, and we step in for the rest.

  • Bathing, dressing & grooming
  • Toileting & oral care
  • Personal hygiene support
  • Mobility and transfer support
  • Encouragement of independence

Medical & Health Management

Medications are stored securely and given exactly as prescribed. We track weight, blood pressure, appetite and hydration, and communicate changes with the family and healthcare team.

  • Medication support
  • Weight, blood pressure & hydration monitoring
  • Health changes documented and communicated
  • Appointment coordination and notes
  • Coordination with doctors and specialists

Memory & Cognitive Care

We use calm, familiar routines and gentle redirection rather than correction for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease, other dementias, and memory changes that can come with Parkinson’s.

  • Alzheimer’s and dementia support
  • Parkinson’s support
  • Familiar routines and gentle redirection
  • Calm, familiar surroundings
  • Support for family members

Enriching Activity Programs

Activities are offered, never forced. Residents may enjoy cards, crafts, music, gardening, walks, conversation, or simply sitting with someone.

  • Gentle movement and stretching
  • Music and conversation
  • Gardening and outdoor time
  • Cards, puzzles and games
  • Birthdays, holidays and seasons
  • Crafts and familiar activities

Nutrition & Meal Services

Meals are cooked in our own kitchen and served at the table. Menus can be adjusted for diabetes, heart conditions, swallowing difficulties, allergies, and personal preferences.

  • Meals cooked in the house
  • Diabetic, low-sodium and heart-healthy options
  • Meals shared at the table
  • Menus shaped around resident preferences
  • Fruit, yogurt and drinks between meals

Hospice & End-of-Life Care

When a resident is nearing the end of life, we work with the hospice team to keep them comfortable and, when desired, at home. We also support the family.

  • Hospice coordination and support
  • Comfort-focused care
  • Support for residents and families
  • Family communication and coordination
  • Compassionate family support
